ann lerock: Givenchy Spring 2011 Couture by Ricardo Tisci

La nueva obsesión de Ricardo Tisci és Japon. Pero no el Japón del manga y las geishas, sinó el Japón de los robots i sobretodo la inspiración que ha sacado del bailarín Kazuo Ohno. Quando este falleció el cantante Anthony and the Jonshons le hizo un tributo y su performance fue de grande inspiración para Ricardo. Ohno proporcionó el romanticismo, la melancolía y la paleta de colores recordando a las flores secas. Mientras que los robots influyeron en los apliques, los zapatos, y los enormes sombreros por Philip Treacy.

El resultado de esta fantàstica inspiración, nos muestra una mezcla de transparencias, plisados y bordados en colores crema, lilas, amarillos àcidos y super claros, con toques de naranja y verdes fluo. Alternando a su vez tejidos como el tul y la gasa tratados con piel trabajada con bordados de toque romàntico.

También esta vez, Ricardo no ha querido dejar desapercibido la espalda, una parte del vestido que muchas veces no damos importancia y en la cuál él ha querido que sea la guinda del pastel. Con cortes rectos y geomètricos de sensación robòtica en contraposición a la parte frontal, más poetica.

Un punto a añadir es la cascada de modelos orientales escogidas para representar esta magnífica colección que parece transportada directamente de la história de Japón.
